Is there a minimum order amount?
We do not set a minimum order amount for the platform. However, each seller has the option to set a minimum order quantity for the products they sell.

How much is the delivery fee?
The delivery fee is based on your location and the location of the seller. For example, if you place items in your cart from two different shops, then there might be two different delivery fees indicated upon checkout, as the items will be shipped from two sellers/locations to your home.

How does the scheduled delivery work?
Each shop has different store hours. On the checkout page, you can select from the available delivery schedule set by the shops. You have the option to choose the date and time of delivery as per your convenience.

What if I'm not home to receive my order?
We have scheduled delivery option, that lets you choose the date and time you prefer to receive your orders. You can make sure to be home at the time that you have selected to receive your order.

Can I place an order online and pick up my order from the store which is nearest to me?
Yes, if the store has set pickup points. You will see if there is an option to pick up from store once on the checkout page.

How can I pay for my orders?
We accept PayPal, credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and e-wallet payments. Orders paid via PayPal, debit and credit cards are confirmed immediately. Orders where bank transfer and e-wallets are chosen as payment method will only be processed once the payment confirmed. Cash on delivery is disabled for a safe and contactless shopping experience for you and our delivery partners.

Are there any hidden charges I should know about?
There are no hidden charges--the amount you need to pay for your order (including delivery fees and taxes) will be clearly visible to you upon check out.

Can I place an order from two different shops in a single checkout?
Yes, FreshGarten makes it easy for you to shop from multiple stores in one go. You can simply add the items to your cart. Upon checkout, you will see delivery options, schedule, and fees from each shop.

Can I add more than one delivery address to my FreshGarten account?
Yes, you can add multiple delivery addresses to your FreshGarten account. This makes it easier for you to select your preferred address at the time of checkout instead of manually typing it each time.

Do you have same day delivery?
We have provisions for same day delivery, next day delivery, and scheduled delivery. But it also depends on the seller. For some products it's available for pickup and delivery on the same day. You'll see the delivery options available for a seller at the time of check out or on the seller page.

Do you deliver in my area?
You will be able to check this detail at the time of checkout when you enter or select the address. If we are unable to deliver in your area - you will see it before checkout. You also have an option to find the shops close to your area by clicking 'Find Nearby Shops' on the home page.

Will someone inform me if my order delivery gets delayed?
In case of a delay, our customer support team will keep you updated about your delivery.

How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, reach out to our customer support via email: support@freshgarten.com and we will check feasibility with the seller. If the order is already processed, then we will not be able to cancel or issue a refund.
